NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE TINTIC SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION

Public notice is hereby given that the 2024 Calendar Year Meeting Schedule of the Tintic School District Board of Education is as follows:

Board Work Sessions will be held one hour prior to the Regular Board Meeting excluding the July 8, 2024 and October 14, 2024 meeting.

Any further changes to date, time, or location of the Tintic School District Board of Education meetings shall be approved by the Board and advertised to the public prior to the scheduled date.

If you would like to address the Board during a meeting, please follow the instructions below:

**Before the meeting begins, fill out a comment card located on the table by the entrance and hand to a member of the Board at the front table.

**When your name is called, please walk to the pulpit and state your name for the record.

**You will have three minutes to make your statement.  When the timer goes off, please take your seat.

**Your comment should pertain to issues published on the meeting agenda.

If you would like to be scheduled on the agenda, please call or email the District Office no later than ten days before the meeting date.
