Rules of Order and Procedure for meetings:

All meetings are open to the public, and the public is welcome to attend.

The agenda of each upcoming meeting with draft minutes of the prior meeting will be made available to all council members at least one week in advance. 

Meetings shall be conducted, and action is taken according to very simplified rules of parliamentary procedure. Items on the agenda take priority over other discussions coming before the council. Motions and voting will take the action of the council. Motions and voting are recorded in the minutes.

An Invitation:

We welcome the parents of our students to consider serving on the Community Council. As a council member, you will have the opportunity to give input into how funds are to be spent to support our school and promote student success. Elections are held in the fall. You may inquire at the school front office if you are interested in joining the Community Council.
